WedSytes offers templated wedding websites for purchase online. To register for a wedding website by WedSytes, the registrant must be at least 18 years of age. The registrant will need to create a membership account in order to manage their wedding website. This membership account includes the need for WedSytes to collect and save the registrant's name, email address, login name, password, and credit card information if upgrading to a paid WedSyte. When a registered person returns to WedSytes to manage their wedding website, they will have to identify themselves with their login name and password. To keep their account information secure, it is important that the registrant creates a password that is not easily guessed and that they do not share this password with any other individuals.
You must agree not try to guess and/or attempt to hack into any other wedding website's management console. Attempting to do so will prompt us to bring legal action against you to the fullest extent of the law.
Know that WedSytes is a family-friendly site and that we will not tolerate any offensive material being uploaded to our site. We periodically "patrol" the uploaded content and will promptly remove your site if we find any offensive images or language on it. Our refund policy will not apply to individuals who violate our policy.

Customers of a paid wedding website must be over age 18. When placing an order for a wedding website, understand that we will need to collect certain information needed to complete the transaction. This information includes your name and your email address. Your email address is required because WedSytes will ensure you are a valid user and not a spam bot by sending you your login information.
WedSytes does not collect nor store any credit card information. Our payment service of choice is PayPal; they will collect your credit card information and the purchase of your WedSyte will be completed on their secure server.
Please note that this site and the servers that make this site available are located in the United States. By using this site you agree to the transfer, collection, processing and use of data by this site.
WedSytes will never share your information with third parties.
Our Wedding Website Refund Policy: (last updated: February 24, 2010)
WedSytes is pleased to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all paid wedding websites. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your WedSyte and wish to discontinue it, you may apply for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If, after 30 days of purchase, you wish to discontinue your WedSyte, you may apply for a refund of the equivalent, pro-rated remaining balance. To apply for a refund, contact WedSytes by email at: Weddings@WedSytes.com and provide your name and WedSyte username. NOTE: This refund policy will not apply to any WedSytes that are discontinued due to any infringements of our Terms of Use policies.
Wedding Website Agreement:
When signing-up for a wedding website, the checking of the "I Agree" checkbox indicates your acceptance and agreement to these Terms of Use and policies. Do not check this box if you do not agree to our terms or policies.
